The Kejia Vacuum tube hot press furnace is designed for making dense compound materials under both vacuum and high pressure up to 5 tons.

The Kejia Vacuum tube hot press furnace is designed for making dense compound materials under both vacuum and high pressure up to 5 tons. It is integrated with a split vertical tube furnace with a vacuum-sealed 100mm-diameter quartz tube and 5000Kg digital electric press, as well as one set of graphite pressing poles.
The furnace can be heated up to 1000ºC using a temperature controller with 30 programmable segments.

	Water-cooled flanges are installed on two ends of the tube with a KF-25D vacuum port & pressure gauge as well as a 1/4" gas inlet port with an SS304 needle valve.
	Flow bigger than 12L/minute is required, and using an optional recirculating water chiller to save water is highly recommended.
